Please note the local government levies a + PHP 200 per person Environmental Fee. The fee is effective for 10 days and covers all island destinations.
It is customary but not compulsory at the end of the tour to offer a small tip to the boatmen if you are pleased with their services during your tour
As part of the implementation of the Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) of El Nido, Secret Beach, Big Lagoon and Small Lagoon can no longer be visited on the same day. The number of tourist boats and kayaks will be limited and time slots will be issued per visit. This means we will not be able to guarantee what time you will be going to Big Lagoon or Small Lagoon.
The PAMB has also started collecting a user fee of PHP 200 per person each visit for Secret Beach, Big Lagoon and Small Lagoon. This is in addition to the PHP 200 Eco-Tourism Development Fee (ETDF) collected for all tours.
The local government unit of El Nido has released a notice that bans bringing of single-use plastic such as bottled water and any other drinks placed in a plastic bottle when going on an island tour, please bring your own tumblers.
Everyone is requested to bring their trash back to their boat upon leaving the island after the tour.
